Our meeting cost covers dinner and we always have plenty to share.

Our members shared that they are in the land, excavating, flipping, landlords, own land in Puerto Rico,  fishing camps, and some newbies at our opening of the meeting.  We’re looking forward to getting to know and do business with our members as we get to know each other better. 

Peter Bostwick  (phone number 315-426-1601) taught us about  constantly changing rules for investors and went over what is available now.  We had information from Green Lakes (phone number 315-671-1234 ask for Erich Shafer), hard money lender here in Syracuse.  We also went over seller financed mortgages and how to buy notes.

All are invited to attend our annual holiday party.  It is likely to the best we have ever had.

The cost for the evening is Twenty (20) Dollars.  This includes choice of Prime Rib, Ham or Chicken.  

All you need to do is confirm with Mark at the Mansion @ 315-406-1999 in Clyde NY. 

There are four (4) Bedroom Suites set aside for our group for the evening.  The cost is $100.00 per couple for the night.  First come, first serve.  Make arrangements with Mark when you call to confirm your attendance.

The event was well attended, served great food cook by our own Gary Floss and included great speakers and great topics that were well done and timely in message.

My favorite topic was regarding the home buyers incentive, the federal tax refund for purchasing a home this year, presented by Hanie’s accountant, Sandy Spencer CPA.  She was very knowledgeable well prepared and well spoken.  Hanie has been keeping her a secret.  I am sure we will have her speak again in the near future.

There is going to be a program including a demonstration of weatherization etc.
