Last nights meeting at the DoubleTree Hotel was fantastic. We had incredible expertise shared by John Adofi of Adolfi Real Estate. He taught us how investors can bid on HUD homes and find great deals. Carlotta Brown from Blue Diamonds Property Mgmt taught about different types of Option contracts and how and when to use them. Our other guest speaker was Brian L. Tharp from Home & Safety Products & Consulting. He gave an in depth description of the new Amanda’s Law regarding the new Carbon Monoxide detector law for homes.
