Our meeting was a great success! Members started off the meeting introducing themselves and giving us an idea of their backgrounds and what they are working on. Who knew that we have members who come from around the world with contacts back home? We learned that one of our members, from Sweden is in the excavating business and that another at the meeting was from Puerto Rico and that beach front property costs the same as inland property. Everyone appreciated getting to know about our fellow members better.
Donovan Pieterse gave a presentation about the value of time and money as it relates to inflation, real estate and mortgages. In short, hold onto your low interest rate mortgages that you are getting now and don’t pay off early. You’ll reap the benefit of inflation. Inflation kills Cash, it kills Debt according to Donovan.
Carlotta Brown presented the first of several future presentations of “Where to get Money”. We talked about Self Directed Ira’s and many local lenders.
