Two ways to reserve and pay for your dinner at the meeting:

1.  Online payment option

The button below will take you to a secure site where you can register and pay for your dinner, all online.  It's quick, it's safe, and it ensures you won't be eating bar snacks for dinner.

2.  Call Jack Zimmerman to reserve - (315) 475-0701  - pay at the door.

You must reserve by noon on the Monday before the meeting to reserve your place at dinner.  Otherwise, chances are good there will be no dinner for you.  You are welcome to come for just the meeting if you like.

Please note: the cost of dinner, including hot beverage, dessert, tax and tip, is NOW $15.00. This is exactly what REICNY pays the caterer.  For online ordering, there is an additional $1.50 convenience charge.

Also, if you reserve a dinner but don't show up to pay for it, you will be billed later.  Thank you for your understanding of our need to behave professionally with the kind folks at Diamond Catering.

Previous meetings - we've had some great presentations!  Check out this page for all sorts of useful information.

News

Kick Butt Camp - In this workshop on July 24, 2004, you will learn about inspecting your potential investment property, estimating the cost of renovation, and some short cuts on how to save money on various repairs.

March 12, 2004:  REICNY was all set to help Emily’s Foundation to renovate a house donated to them by Hanie Eng.  However, the next-door neighbor has tied up the property in a lawsuit. We are now seeking another house.  Do you have one to donate? Volunteer labor, cash, materials, etc. will again be needed.  All tax deductible.  This project will provide them with a money stream for the foundation.  Contact Jack Zimmerman if you can help.  475-0701
Please take a moment to visit the Emily's Foundation website

Remember: your REICNY membership dues are the least expensive tuition you'll ever pay, and what you learn at meetings and through the people you meet can save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars.
